Robert Davidson Music showcases a catalog of original songs with decades of human creativity. D'Lala, Candee Sweet, and Lacie Brooke Rivers bring fresh vocal interpretations to Robert's catalog of Pop, R&B, and Country compositions—music and lyrics written and recorded in the 1980s, preserved exactly as conceived, not a single word changed.

The original recordings began with Robert multi-tracking all instrumental parts in the studio, later productions evolved to include full bands of studio musicians and session singers recording live instrument tracks. Robert contributed guitar to these ensemble recordings.

Bopert represents Robert's jazz guitar persona, rooted in his 1978 live recording as Bopert Davidson & his Combo-Nation (available on Fervor Records). His recent work, including the debut album "Future Retro" (2021-2023), showcases pure studio craftsmanship—entirely organic performances captured in real time. The album notably features one of the earliest AI-generated album covers (September 2, 2022), a fascinating contrast to the wholly human-performed music within.

Robert's compositional range spans orchestral works, cinematic scores, jazz and jazz fusion, soul, pop, new age, and experimental pieces that resist definition altogether. What began in earlier decades continues to evolve through new interpretations and performances.
